Every Athlet knows the feeling 
Mental training - believing in yourself and your fellow human beings - can play a big role and contribute to success. Therefore, many exercises for training mental strength have also been adopted from the field of sports and find their application in the training sessions.

In person

Like all great things, sometimes it's best to meet in person. To get to now each other and find out how we work best together to make a plan on how to get you to the very top.

Online

Because time is precious and whenever possible and feasible mental strength can also be improved and worked on via many different online tools, apps, recordings, zoom meetings and so on.

Rest time, time to do nothing

We are always on the go, better, stronger... Sometimes it's best to just rest and enjoying taking a break.
It’s easy to do great work when you believe in what you do, whatever it is you want to become better in.

This technique is very helpful to have a body mind connection that leads to complete relaxation.

Autogene Training

 

Stillness, inner silence, inner peace, feelig warmth; all very necessary things especially under a lot of pressure. It is important to kno what works to feel strong to give your best under a lot of pressure.

Breathing and how we breath can change more then we ever imagine. While doing Yoga, I learnt how much conscious breathing helps to be present. Achieving goals that you just dreamed off. 

Stress / Pressure

Good stress can lead to best results. If the pressure ( in and outer) lead to too much stress, then we need to learn how to best deal with it...
